Monday, July 14th, 2014

9:00AM  Day Break Update at Pollard Brook (FREE EVENT) Join our Adventure Concierge for a fun and informational gathering where she will update you on all of our activities, local events, and answer any questions you may have! Complimentary donuts offered to guests that attend.

Digital StillCamera11:00AM  5¢ Tour of Lincoln & Woodstock Area (FREE EVENT – Only 13 can go) Join Cassie as she shows you around the Lincoln & Woodstock area. She will show you restaurants, hiking locations, and a few other places of interest that will help you get orientated with the area. Minimum of four people required to go on this tour.  Another tour will be held at 2pm in the case that the 11am tour fills up.

3:00PM-6:00PM  Pool Side Chair Massage!!!  $20 for 15 minutes.  Take a break from the pool and enjoy a fantastic chair massage from Balanced Rock Bodyworks Massage!

4:15PM   Brewery Tour at Woodstock Brewery ($5 includes pint glass!  Payment is taken care of at the Woodstock Station. Optional dinner following, which you order off the menu and pay on your own.) Takewoodstockstation1 some directions from the lobby and head over to the Woodstock Station! There will be a short demonstration and a showcase of their products. Woodstock Inn Brewery has won several national awards for its ales especially Pig’s Ear Brown that has won the National Beer Tasting Championships two years in a row.. Children are welcome and can sample some of their homemade Root Beer. Minimum of 8 required and a maximum of 24 people are allowed for this trip. Directions will be provided to the Woodstock Station. Station is also open daily at Noon for same tours!

6:00PM  Charades for Kids!  Bring the young ones down for a fun game of Charades!  Children ages 4+ will be able to participate.  Game will be in main lobby.  This is an unsupervised event.

7:00PM  Movie Night!  Free Event.  Come down to the lobby for tonight’s showing of Brother Bear, Rated G.  We will supply the popcorn!

atv9:00AM   Suggested ATV Tour; Join Dirtventures for this fantastic 4 wheeler ride alongside the Ammonoosuc River.  Getting Dirty is guaranteed!  Must have 3 ATV’s signed up to take tour.  Price is $199.00 for 2 ATV’s for 2 hours or $299 for 2 ATV’s for 4 hours.  Extra Passenger cost is $50.  Gas and gear are included in the guided rentals.  Driver’s licenses and credit cards are required at the time of rental.  Previous experience is recommended.  Please sign up in green binder.  You must drive yourselves to starting location at the Sunoco on 60 Main St. Lisbon NH.  Suggested route to get there I-93 North to Exit 38 to Route 117 West, Then to Route 302 West.  Also offered on Sunday @10:30AM

9:30AM  Paddle Board Excursion at Mirror Lake.  $40 per person, 1 hour lesson time.  Directions will be provided down to Mirror Lake where you will meet up with Stacey Caulder, a Reiki, Yoga, and Paddle Board Master!  Bring a towel and swim suit, get set to get wet!!!  For all ability levels, only 5 spaces available.  Payable Cash at Mirror Lake

11:00AM  Bridges, Blueberries & Lunch & Wine at Windy Ridge Orchard($20 per person includes Lunch, Blueberries & Wine Tasting) Join us as we head west of Lincoln to Windy Ridge Orchard in North Haverhill, NH. We will have lunch there at the Cider House Café. After lunch you will head out to the blueberry fields and pick a pint or two of blueberries. All sandwiches are made from locally produced products. Afterwards we will stop at 3 covered bridges!   And America’s Oldest General Store!blueberries1

3:30PM  Air hockey Tournament.  $1 entry Fee.  Prizes will be awarded!  Meet in Game Room in lower lobby.

5:00PM  Glass Painting. ($4 per glass)  Meet in the Fun Factory to let your imagination run wild with colorful paints on a wine glass!

7:00PM  Bingo$1 per board.   Meet Kristi in the Sales Presentation room for a fun filled hour of bingo with lots of prizes!!!

7:00PM  Movie Night!  Free Event.  Come down to the lobby for tonight’s showing of Big Fish, Rated PG-13.  We will supply the popcorn.

 

Wednesday July 16th, 2014                                             

7579:15AM  COG Railway ($38 per person.) This trip will be in a caravan format.  Must have a minimum of 20 participants to take tour and get group rate.  Join Cassie as we head up to the famous Cog Railway. This railway chugs up the side of Mt. Washington all the way to the top where you can experience “the world’s worst weather” At the top you will get magnificent views on a nice day, and at the very least, you will get to stand on the tallest mountain in the northeast.  LIMITED SEATS AVAILABLE, All sign ups are final as of day before tour.  Any last minute cancellations will be charged accordingly.  Tour goes Rain or Shine!tiedye

4:00PM  Tie Dye T-shirts ($6 per shirt—$4 if you have your own) Meet at the parking lot outback above the playground to make a tie dye t-shirt. We have shirts of all sizes, but you’re welcome to bring your own. We will have lots of different colors to create your tie dye masterpiece!

7:00-9:00PM  S’mores!!!  (FREE EVENT)  Join Cassie and Kristi outback by the fire ring for some sticky goodness!  We’ll be making S’mores Galore!!!

7:45PM  Moose Tour!!! (Discounted rate at; $28 Adults – $18 Children 12 and under) Meet at Pemi-Valley Moose Tours, Take a right out of our drive way and it’s a ¼ mile on left, across from Common Man. Moose Tour 5.23.12 6Pemi Valley Excursions needs minimum of 15 persons to take tour out. Come along for a ride on the famous Moose Tour Bus! This 3+ hour tour will take you all over northern New Hampshire looking for MOOSE! But this is no ordinary bus ride, filled with bubble machines, disco lights, and many other fun things to make the ride that much more fun! There is no guarantee you will see moose, but this is your best chance!! ***Payable Cash or Credit Card at Pemi Valley Excursions All sign ups are final as of noon the day of tour. Any last minute cancellations will be charged.

8:30AM  Tennis Clinics for ages 5-15.  $15 per hour. Join our Tennis Pro Hayden Roma out at the courts for a fun filled lesson!  Please sign up in advance.  You can also book other times by calling  603-254-5344 and speaking to Hayden personally.

9:00AM  Flume Gorge and Cannon Mountain Aerial Tramway Trip!!  $30 per adult, $22 per children ages 11 and under, 5 and under free.  Put your walking shoes on and Join Cassie and Kristi on this amazing adventure through Franconia Notch State Park! We’ll stroll 2 miles through the Flume Gorge checking out beautiful waterfalls and amazing covered bridges!  Then we’ll head over to Cannon Mt. and hop aboard the 80-passenger Aerial tramway, which makes a quick ascent 2,180 vertical feet to the 4,080’ summit.  On clear days, you can see views of four states and Canada!

3:00PM  I Scream you Scream, we all Scream for Ice Cream!!!  $4 per bowl.  Meet by the pool for some sweet stuff!  We’ll have lots of flavors and tons of toppings!!!

5:30PM  Photo Scavenger Hunt Finale!  Bring your photos by the Adventure Concierge Desk to see who took the best, most, and creative pics!!! Prizes will be awarded!!!

6:00PM  Coloring Contest Winners Announced!!! Meet in the Game Room to see if your page made it to the Wall of Fame!   Prizes will be awarded!

7:00PM Movie Night!  Free Event.  Come down to the lobby for tonight’s showing of Hoodwinked, Rated G.  We will supply the popcorn.

10:00AM  Walk to Loon Mt.  Approx. 2 miles.  Join Kristi for a nice walk alongside the Pemigewasset River over to Loon Mt. and back.

1:00PM  Horseshoe tournament.  Meet outback for a fun game of shoes!  horseshoes

3:00PM  Decoupage Plates.  $4 per plate.  Come down to the Fun Factory to make a collage of your vacation onto plates!  This one of a kind craft is sure to capture your week here in the White Mountains!

6:00PM  Apples to Apples!  Meet in the lobby for a fun game with friends! This will be an unsupervised event.

7:00PM   Movie Night!  Free Event.  Come down to the lobby for tonight’s showing The Avengers, Rated PG-13.  We will supply the popcorn.

 

Saturday, July 19th, 2014

8:30AM-9:30AM Yoga with Stacey.  $12 per person – For all levels. Activity will be held in the Sales Presentation Room.  Meet Stacey in the Main Lobby for a Vinyasa flow Yoga class. Vinyasa yoga, in which movement is synchronized to the breath, is a term that covers a broad range of yoga classes. Please bring a towel, water, and your own mat if you have one.
